Thank you for reading! The site is designed to help everyone from beginners to elite athletes get a better grasp on the ever-changing, and always motivating, world of fitness. The aim is to provide tips, articles, current events, and links to all things health and fitness.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutritionist. I currently own and operate a gym and have chosen to live a healthy lifestyle for as long as I can remember. Some of you might write me off because I am 24  years old, and have never been overweight. I can assure you I have helped people who are overweight and much older and younger than me and age and size does not matter, rather the simple fact of motivation and knowledge can advance your exercise levels more than ever.
