45 seconds for each exercise

45 second re8st in between exercises.

*If you are not sure how to do an exercise, youtube or google the exercise*

Warm-up 3-5min.

burpees are not fun, but effective and therefore you learn to love 'em

1. Pushups

2. Jump Rope

3. Pullups (as many as you can, then rest)

4. Burpee

5. Plank

6. Dumbbell Curl to Overhead Press

7. Deadlift

8. Squat Jumps

Repeat exercises 1-8 two more times for a total of three circuits.
