1. Pushups
2. Jump Rope
3. Pullups (as many as you can, then rest)
4. Burpee
5. Plank
6. Dumbbell Curl to Overhead Press
7. Deadlift
8. Squat Jumps
Repeat exercises 1-8 two more times for a total of three circuits.
